At the beginning, I planned to choose places like schools, shopping centers or offices. I wanted to have an interior, a space inside where I could create something. The idea was more like natural life inside the building. But I want that the nature and designs would be more public accessible. They could be used as parks or any other public recreation areas. However, most of the people are busy and don't have time to go to parks. Therefore, it would so much nicer to create something that they see on their way to work or to the shop. I believe I will do my 'site visit' just on the streets, maybe the tube or bus stops. I will look for things or small spaces were some nature could be brought in. I want to create range of small things that could be repeated in every street rather than make one big project.
However, I will try to develop both ideas to prevent myself from the failure if one idea is not successful:
- big scale space/site
- small scale creations
I don't want to go to central London as I believe it is nice and green already. I would rather work with rougher area.

I was planning to start my site research on the streets and concentrate on small scale spaces. Yesterday I had a discussion with my tutor and she suggested focusing my idea on opening inside spaces to outside and sort of merging them together. This idea relates to Junya's Ishigami idea about merging void and frame and melting structure into the space. She suggested looking at porches and court yards because they are places that are neither inside not outside. The interiors and nature outside are mixing there together. I like the idea of opening up inside areas to the outside world but I am not sure about the streets as a site then. It seems that I should chose a building now.
