Artificial beach in Japan

Quote from flickr blog: This is an artificial beach constructed in the Seagaia resort along the coastal highway outside the city of Myazaki Japan, fully indoor climate controlled throughout the year. The water is temperature controlled, the sand granules are specially made so that it gives you the feeling of real sand (apparently REAL sand doesn't feel real enough), but it doesn't stick to your body as much. In summer, the top dome can be opened to let in natural light on hot days.

Beach and ocean make people happy and if you can't enjoy it through out the year this is a very nice solution. It sort of brings nature into the city and makes people happy and entertained.

Saatchi Gallery: Dutch artist Berndnaut Smilde creates clouds in a room, playing on the idea of a transitional sculpture. Eventhough the clouds only last a few moments and can only be experienced through documentation and photography we think it is pretty fascinating.

Clouds indoors; this is a way to bring in nature inside the house. However, it last only for couple of moments and it is not exactly what I am looking for but still it is pretty cool.
